Yangmingshan National Park
Yangmingshan National Park sits on the edge of Taipei city. With the 1120m Qixingshan as the highest peak in northern Taiwan, Yangmingshan is a favored destination for hikers. This post is going to be just photos. Thanks to Todd at The Daily Bubble Tea for the inspiration behind them.

Cool pics Craig! I need to make it back up to Yangmingshan soon…
I have been longing to get my lazy self to yamingshan. Actually I made 2 trips there but every time weather played some antic on me. First it was sunny and clear when I started from jhongli but by the time I got there it started to rain like hell and I had to spent my time at starbucks on top of yamingshan. Second time it became all hazy and impossible to have a look around. Nevertheless I enjoyed your pictuers from yamingshan and felt encouraged to make one final attempt to see the beauty of yamingshan which I have only known through pictures like yours.
Hello my dear friend.I haven’t heard of this National Park , and i am very impressed.I will create an article – live gallery about this place.Thank you very much for the idea!
Terrific photos Craig. The waterfall pictures are gorgeous, but I think I like the picture of the hiker cresting the hill is one of my favorites. I’m also really drawn to the moss-covered branch. Your photography never fails to inspire me!
