Five For Friday – Calendar Links

A few days ago I posted a free desktop calendar for you to download, as I do every month. Obviously, I’m not the only one who does this, so this week on 5, I’m going to share a few links to some other great calendar options. You’ll find the links after the jump. Incidentally, the photo below has nothing to do with the calendars.

David DuChemin – Pixelated Image David, photographer and author of “Within The Frame” (highly recommended) presents a great photo of a pier in Ko Samet, Thailand. Check it out, and while you’re there, take a look at his new eBook “10″. David is on Twitter as @pixelatedimage

Matt Brandon – The Digital Trekker. Malaysian based Matt has two calendars for you this month. Both photos are from Chiang Mai, one featuring a lotus flower, the other a Buddha’s head. While you’re there, check out his South India workshop scheduled for February 2010. If I weren’t already going to be shooting in North India at the time I’d certainly consider joining it. Matt is on Twitter as @digitaltrekker

Gavin Gough – Thailand seems to be a running theme, with this next photographer being based there. His photo for this month however is from a festival in Bhutan. Also in the same post, there are details about some new photo tours in Thailand that Gavin is going to be involved with. Gavin is on Twitter as @gavingough

John Batdorff – John’s calendar has nothing to do with Thailand but does feature a beautiful rainbow and stormy sky. For those in the Chicago area, John has one spot left in his October workshop. John is on Twitter as @Johnbatdorff

Gary Arndt – Everything Everywhere. Finally, Gary at Everything Everywhere has a very nice shot of the Eiffel Tower. His site also has a wealth of information and travel adventures, so spend some time checking it out. Gary is on Twitter as @EverywhereTrip.

Thanks for stopping by for this edition of 5. Comments, retweets and so forth are most welcome.
