Five For Friday – Photographer Video Interviews

This week on 5 we have a few video interviews from influential photographers. The five photographers featured here are all at the top of their fields and should be familiar to most of you.

Before we get into that however, a quick announcement. Last Monday I posted some information about Help Portrait – Taipei. The response to it has been phenomenal and so this Sunday, September 20th there’ll be an informal meeting to discuss some ideas about it. It’s open to anyone who’s interested and will be at Yuma (Lane 216, Alley 11, #21 ZhongXiao East Road Section 4) at around 1:30 or 2:00pm. As well, I’ve created a Taiwan group at the Help Portrait Community site that everyone is welcome to join.

Housekeeping out of the way, it’s time for the videos. Coming up after the jump you’ll see interviews with (in alphabetical order) David Allan Harvey, Annie Leibovitz, Steve McCurry, Joe McNally and James Nachtwey. I should note that I didn’t conduct these interviews myself, although that is in the future plans.
