A Moving Sound – Visual Music

First up today, for the folks in Taipei it’s Photowalk time again. This Sunday 15th, we’ll meet around 3-3:30pm near the temple on Dihua St for a casual photowalk. There’s plenty to shoot in the area, from fabric markets to Chinese medicine to spice markets and dry goods. Should be a fun afternoon – I was photographing out there last week and got a number of good images. Hope to see you then.

Onto today’s post. You may remember a post from a couple of months ago featuring the world music group A Moving Sound. I got a call from them last week asking me to come and shoot another performance of theirs, this time with a number of extra visual elements. So I headed down to a university in Taoyuan county last Thursday and came back with a good series of images. Rather than do too much writing now, I’ll just leave you with the images. Enjoy.

It's funny. this guy Isaac Hou has been invading my life recently. we re-wrote an article about him, they tried to book him for the MMA fights that I do business with, and now he's Craig's subject. Freaky Cry-Wheel...oh yeah, and a month ago, i saw him over by neo 19

  • Thanks Neil. At least a couple of them will be at Sappho's this Saturday for Kloie Picot's calendar exhibition.
