Machupuchare in the Himalayas stands at a height of 6993m.

It’s a windy Monday here in Taiwan and I’m spending it making the final preparations and shot lists for a couple of assignments this week. The first one happens tomorrow morning and is one I’m very excited about. It will only take 2-3 hours to shoot but promises to produce some photographs from a place that few get to see and even fewer get to photograph. Then, the day after, I meet a client at the airport and we head off for 4 very long days of photography where we’ll basically be shooting from dawn to dusk and possibly behind, assuming the weather cooperates that is. We have a series of locations scheduled to hit and it promises to be a photographically rich journey.

I’ll endeavor to blog a couple of postcards through the week with an image or two from the trip but it all depends on how much time and energy remains at the end of the day.
