Every March sees the colorful and photogenic calla lilies bloom in the Zhuzihu village located within Taipei’s Yangminshan National Park. The idyllic scene attracts people from all over Taiwan who flock to the mountain to view the scenery, wander through the fields and pick themselves a bunch of the flowers to take home. Small paths wind through the various farms which are located either side of the only road running through the area. The further away from the village area you go, the less crowded it gets and the more scenic the landscape becomes. I was up there a couple of days ago and spend a few hours wandering through the fields. Here is the result.
